An immigration psychological evaluation is a clinical report, done by a licensed, bilingual therapist, that documents the emotional impact of your immigration status to present as evidence in your case. It is used in VAWA, extreme hardship waivers, asylum, cancellation of removal, U Visa and T Visa, and N-648 cases.
Confidentiality
We are a licensed clinical practice and are required by law to protect your information. Your file is not shared with anyone without your written authorization, and that includes your attorney: the report is released because you authorize it.
No one sees it without your written authorization.
It’s a clinical interview. No one is going to judge you.
No one will ask you for documents you don’t have.

How long it takes
We contact you the same day and aim to hold your evaluation that same week: we schedule Monday through Sunday, weekends included. The report clock starts once the evaluation is complete and counts every day.

One or more clinical interviews are scheduled with a licensed, bilingual therapist. From them, a professional report is written that documents your emotional state and is given to you and your lawyer to present as evidence in your case.
Yes. Interviews are done in your language with bilingual therapists, and the report is delivered in the format that your lawyer needs to present.
Corrections or additional information that don’t require another interview are at no charge. If a re-evaluation is needed, it costs $380.* *Restrictions apply: if a long time has passed since the original evaluation, it requires more work and costs more.
No. No evaluation can guarantee an immigration result: the decision rests with the authority. What you provide is professional and well-documented clinical evidence to support your application.
