We solve your doubts

What is the evaluation process like?

One or more clinical interviews are scheduled with a licensed, bilingual therapist. From them, a professional report is written that documents your emotional state and is given to you and your lawyer to present as evidence in your case.

In which states can they take the evaluation?

Yes. We see clients by video in 44 states and territories, with the same legal validity as in person, and the report is delivered the same way. We don’t serve New York, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Oregon, Louisiana, Iowa, Alaska or Hawaii yet.

Who does the evaluation?

Therapists with a current license and experience in immigration evaluations, all bilingual Spanish-English. You can meet the team and their credentials on the therapists page.

How long does it take to deliver the report?

We contact you the same day and aim to hold your evaluation that same week. Then you receive the report in 7–10 calendar days (Standard), within 5 days (Express) or in 24 hours (Next Day). If you have a deadline, tell us on the first call.

How much does it cost?

It depends on when you need the report: Standard $775 (7–10 calendar days after your evaluation), Express $875 (up to 5 days) or Next Day $975 (24 hours). The price is the same for any type of evaluation and we confirm it before you book, no commitment.
