Ana Marcela Rodríguez, LMFT, has been a pioneer in mental health for the Hispanic community in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Founder of Therapy Works Counseling, the first group of therapeutic offices exclusively for Hispanics, it has four locations and a team of more than 25 Hispanic and bilingual therapists.
In addition to being a leading therapist, she is an influential speaker and panelist, having participated in universities such as SMU, UNT, and TWU, and in renowned organizations such as Dallas Ministry, British American Tobacco, the Texas Adolescent Symposium, the Texas Association of Marriage Counselors, and the Group Owners Summit. He has also worked with several school districts, including Frisco ISD, McKinney ISD, Fort Worth ISD, Everman ISD, Plano ISD, and Birdville ISD.
Ana Marcela is co-creator of the Feliz-Mente Mujer symposium and the group of BIPOC therapists in North Texas. His daily presence as a specialist on Univision, Telemundo and Estrella TV underlines his commitment to the community.
