LPC/Certified Trauma Therapist
Hello, I am Pamela Espinoza, a licensed associate therapist (LPC-Associate) and certified as a trauma-informed therapist (Level 2). With three years of experience and training in trauma, my goal is to help people ages 10 and up overcome emotional challenges, develop resilience, and find well-being in their lives.
My specialties include anxiety, depression, and life transitions, as well as addiction management, family conflict, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationships. My therapeutic approach is customer focused, combining empathy and challenge, to create a safe and supportive space where together we can work towards your goals.
I decided to become a therapist after experiencing the positive impact of therapy in my own life. I want to offer my clients the same safe and empathetic space that helped me transform important aspects of my life.
To stay up to date, I regularly attend workshops, read specialist books and review recent research, ensuring that my practice is based on the most effective techniques and advances in therapy.
My advice if you are considering starting therapy:
"Do it! Taking the first step is an act of courage and self-care. I'm here to support you on this journey to wellness."
I am deeply committed to the Hispanic and bilingual community. I recognize the growth in acceptance of therapy within our community and am proud to contribute to this positive change by offering a space that understands our cultural needs.
In the future, I plan to continue developing in the area of trauma to continue providing specialist and effective support to those who need it. I am here to accompany you every step of your path towards a fuller and more balanced life.
A safe, empathetic and judgment-free space.
