For immigration attorneys & paralegals

Know the delivery date before you refer the case.

Immigration psychological evaluations, filing-ready, from licensed bilingual clinicians. We schedule your client, run the interview in their language, and deliver a report written to be read by an adjudicator.

Tell us the relief you are filing and your target date. We will tell you on the call whether we can meet it — and if the clinical picture won’t support the claim, we will tell you that too.

01 · Why filings slip

Three things delay a filing. None of them are the evaluation itself.

In plain terms: the risk isn’t the psychology. It’s the logistics around it — dates, fit and follow-up. Here is each one, and what we do about it.

Delay 1

An evaluator who won’t commit to a date

You can plan around a hard date. You cannot plan around “sometime in the next few weeks.”

We give you the delivery date when you refer, not after the interview.

Delay 2

A report that doesn’t match the relief you’re filing

A general mental health assessment is not an extreme hardship evaluation.

Our reports are structured around the legal standard of the relief you are actually seeking, with findings tied to it.

Delay 3

No one to call when the RFE arrives

A request for evidence is not the end of the case, but it is the end of the timeline you had.

We stay on the file. Corrections and additional information on a report we wrote are at no charge.

02 · How referral works

Three steps, and only the first one is yours.

One call or one short form from your office. From there, scheduling, the interview and the report are ours.

  1. Your part 01

    You send us the case

Call, email, or use the form below. Nothing about the case facts — we take those directly from your client. We need three things:

    • Relief you are filing
    • Target filing date
    • How to reach your client
  2. Ours 02

    We take it from there

We contact your client the same day we receive your referral, schedule the interview — usually that same week — and conduct it in their language, in person at one of our Dallas–Fort Worth offices or by telehealth anywhere in the 44 states and territories we cover.

Your staff does not chase anyone.

  3. Ours 03

    You get the report

Delivered to you and to your client, formatted for filing, signed by the licensed clinician who conducted the evaluation.

7–10 days after the evaluation — or within 5 days, or in 24 hours, when your date is close.

We answer attorney calls the same day and referral forms within one business day.

Built for how your office works

What we will never ask you to send through this website.

Client information is protected health information. Our forms are built so it never enters a marketing system — and when documents are needed, we arrange a secure way to send them on the call.

  • Your client’s nameNot on any form
  • Case factsTaken from your client, directly
  • Diagnosis or historyNever on the website
  • Document uploadsArranged securely, on the call

03 · What the report contains

Written to be read by an adjudicator, not by another clinician.

Select each part to see what it is and why it is there.

  1. Where your client comes from — family, migration and life circumstances. It is the context every later finding rests on.

  2. Standardized psychological measures, with their scores and what those scores mean, so conclusions are not narrative alone.

  3. A structured record of how your client presented during the interview: mood, thinking, orientation and behavior.

  4. Included only where the clinical picture supports them — never added to make a case look stronger.

  5. The section the adjudicator reads for: findings organized around the standard of the relief you are filing.

  6. Who signed it and why they are qualified to, so the evaluator can be verified.

04 · Evaluations by type of relief

Every relief has its own standard. So does every report.

Pick the relief you are filing to see what the evaluation documents for it.

06 · Request for evidence

If USCIS comes back, we come back with you.

Corrections or additional information that don’t require a new interview are at no charge. We stay on the file with you until USCIS has what it asked for.

No hourly billing for addenda. If a re-evaluation is needed, it is a flat $380.*

*Restrictions apply. If significant time has passed since the original evaluation, a re-evaluation involves additional work and a higher fee.

07 · Turnaround

A date you can put in your calendar.

We contact your client the same day your referral arrives and aim to hold the evaluation that same week. The delivery clock starts once the evaluation is complete — the calendar shows all three speeds from that day. Filing against a deadline? Tell us on the first call and we will confirm before you commit to anything.

What is never on the invoice

  • No hourly billing. Not for the interview, not for the report, not for addenda.
  • No separate charge for the written report.
  • No insurance billing, and no out-of-network paperwork for your client to chase.

We tell your client the exact number on the first call, so the fee never becomes a conversation you have to have.

Payment is due at the time of the evaluation, and the full fee must be covered before the report is released.

09 · Questions

Questions firms actually ask.

The real reasons offices hesitate to refer — answered plainly.

Ask us directly
01Who signs the report?

The licensed clinician who conducted the evaluation. Their credentials and CV are included in every report.

02Will you tell me if the case doesn’t support an evaluation?

Yes, and before your client pays. If the clinical picture will not support the claim you are making, we say so on the referral call. A weak report helps no one.

03Can I send you documents?

Yes, but not through the form on this page. We arrange a secure way to send them on the first call. Nothing about the case goes through our website.

04Why is your fee lower than other providers?

Flat fee, no hourly billing, and volume. We complete more of these evaluations than most practices, and the fee reflects that rather than a difference in what you receive.

05Is a telehealth evaluation acceptable?

Yes. Telehealth evaluations carry the same legal validity and are routinely accepted in immigration filings.

06What if my client doesn’t speak English?

Evaluations are conducted in English or Spanish by bilingual clinicians. The interview happens in the client’s language, and the report is delivered in English.

07Can you meet my filing deadline?

Tell us the date on the first call. We will confirm whether we can meet it before you commit to anything with your client. When the date is close, Express (within 5 days of the evaluation) and Next Day (24 hours) delivery are available.

08How soon will my client be seen?

We contact your client the same day we receive the referral and aim to schedule the interview that same week. For urgent cases, we try to schedule it the same day or the next, subject to availability.

09Can I get the report directly?

The report is released to your client, and to you with their written authorization. We are a HIPAA covered entity and handle release accordingly.

10Do you take insurance?

No. Immigration psychological evaluations are not covered by health insurance — they are private pay. Each delivery option is a flat fee for any case type, which is what makes the timeline and the cost predictable.

11When does my client pay?

Payment is due at the time of the evaluation, and the full fee must be covered before the report is released.

12Do you refer clients to firms?

No. We do not recommend or refer to any particular firm, and we do not give legal advice. If a client reaches us without representation, we tell them what to ask when they look for counsel — nothing more.
